Range of goods

Pipes, produced by “KUAT” LLP meet the requirements of the International Standards for appropriateness with drinking water, it is certified by Republic National Expertise Laboratory. All pipes are made of low pressure polyethylene with high density (HDPE), brand PE-100.

Range of goods according to GOST 18599-2001 (for drinking, cold water, gas, sewerage system, telecommunication):

1. Diameter, mm: 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110- rolls; 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 210, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400 (pipe wall thickness- upon request) – 11 meters pipe length;

2. Reinforced polyethylene hose SHAP-50U, diameter 50 mm (upto 15 atm.)- rolls;

3. Outlets, Welded flush joints, diameter 110, 160 mm;

4. Flanged adapter, diameter 110, 160 mm. (to join with steel valve);

• For water: max. 25 atm. At liquid temperature 200C
• For gas: 16 atm. (max. working pressure)

• Gas pipeline (max. working pressure 12 atm.)
• Cold water system (max. pressure 25 atm.)
• Sewerage system
• Drainage system

Quality of the produced goods

Quality of all produced goods is confirmed by testing results.
Production of pipes is conducted according to the standards, which meet the exacting requirements of a consumer:

• ST RK ISO 4427 (GOST 18599-2001) – polyethylene pipes for drinking water
• ST RK ISO 4437 (GOST P50838) - polyethylene pipes for gas
• ST RK ISO 8772 (GOST 226-89.0-89) - polyethylene pipes for underground drainage and sewerage system)

In May 2004, The Enterprise Quality Management System was successfully certified for compliance with requirements of International Standards ISO 9001:2000 in the system of certification: Government Certification System RK KK.657092.07.03.00115)

Properties of low pressure polyethylene pipes with high density
